Three kiosks baptized by the art works of Julião Sarmento. A Restaurant that between the Land and the River rises the work of the Architect Carrilho da Graça.

THE RESTAURANT

ANFÍBIO

Through a great harmony between earth and water, the restaurant’s menu guarantees the best quality of Sea and Countryside products, without ever forgetting the relaxed and informal side that so well characterizes Miguel Rocha Vieira.

The Kiosks

It’s along Doca da Marinha that the 3 Kiosks baptized after the art works of Julião Sarmento – the VERMELHO, AMARELO, and AZUL amphibians - are located.

Blue for water, it represents our close relationship with the city, the river and the sea. This kiosk serves great seafood and fish.

Yellow for the sunlight,
so representative of our country.
It serves typical Portuguese dishes and has lots of music to share.
This will be the last kiosk to close.

Red for passion.
It represents the warmth of the Portuguese hospitality.
This kiosk serves vegetarian food and delicious brunches.

The Chef

MIGUEL ROCHA VIEIRA

He took his experience and the flavors of his childhood from Portugal to the world. Now he returns to his origins with the ANFÍBIO project.

With three Michelin stars on his portfolio, his story with cuisine started early when at 20 years old he decided to swap Cascais for London to study hotel management at the City of London College. It was in his second year, in a cooking class, that he discovered his passion.

He takes on the culinary leadership of ANFÍBIO and promises to elevate the gastronomic experience of the 3 Kiosks and the Restaurant, without ever forgetting the Portuguese cultural heritage.
